Excellent service all round from Rowan at Keld Ampworks. He provided a highly detailed explanation and breakdown of the required and recommended work on my Two Rock Traditional Clean Amp. This was a nice touch, especially the video which explained this all. Highly recommended to all. Rowan is a true professional, and a master of his craft.

My 20 year old Ashdown amp began losing a lot of volume, after a quick call to Rowan, I dropped my amp into him and he diagnosed the fault in under 5 minutes, and using his express service he fixed it within 24 hours and I had it back, fixed and sounding as good as new all ready for my next gig at the weekend. Cannot thank Rowan enough and cannot recommend him enough. Many thanks.

I recently had my Fender HRD repaired and upgraded by Rowan at Keld on an express same day service. Rowan presented a different range of options and gave clear detailed explanations for each. I was so impressed by the outstanding level of communication, knowledge, professionalism and value for money. A very friendly and talented guy indeed.

Having discovered Rowan and Keld whilst desperately searching for a solution to my failed PreSonus unit, I experienced an amazingly helpful and friendly reponse to my enquiry followed by a quick turnaround and very reasonable rates. Rowan repaired and serviced my Fender Blues Deluxe. As I had a gig the following day, he was able to fit me in for a same-day appointment. His communication was excellent throughout, and he offered my a range of options before undertaking the the work. Back on the road and sounding great in a few hours. Highly recommended.

Learned more about my Marshall in 10 mins than I would have thought possible. This dude has some weird looking equipment thought for a while I was in a submarine, but he knows how to use them, and explained roughly to me what they did. Nothing was to much trouble, would recommend him to anyone, and in future if I have problems keld would be my first port of call. Carn’t rate the dude high enough.
